Camping in wilderness south of San Felipe
After failing to find a good campsite before 10 at night, we just chose a dirt road about 20 miles south of San Felipe, and wound up camping a couple miles from the beach.

These pictures were taken the morning of the 2nd:

We drove a few miles south, after breaking camp later that morning, found a problem getting to a beach, but talked to a guy who suggested an easier path, and we drove further north and parked about half a mile from the beach.

We had to walk over some muck to get to beach!

Note: click on image to see location of where we parked Jeep. We could've made it, but took no chances.
