These turtle sculptures were added in early May near the entrance to Indianhead Ranch on Henderson Canyon Road. This prehistoric turtle on the right is near the gate entrance to Indianhead Ranch on the north side of the road. Below are examples of turtles on the south side of the road. |

These following sculptures were erected in mid-July 2008. A mother and child camel and a 12' tall Megatherium (resembling a Tyranosaurus from the road!) were added in the vicinity of the weekend of July 12th. |

| Statues started going up in the Deep Well area of Borrego, and within a month there were about 20 of them! The first were the 3 mammoths, followed by the horses and lions. | |||||
