Happy $:

  1. Bill Lewis - great time with whole family for his wife's 75th birthday celebration
  2. Sandy Angle - leaving town soon to Mammoth
  3. Dann Perry - grandson won a race in minature cars in Mojave desert near Bullhead City
  4. Donna Nourse - going on a Mediteranean cruise
  5. Haddon Salt - will soon leave on a trip, where he will be riding horseback (along with over 100 men) with the "Rancheros Visitadores". He has been doing this for 44 years - participating in more than half of the 60-mile rides since the club's founding in 1930. These are historical re-enactments(probably sans cattle) of 1 leg in a cattle drive where drovers would move herds from mission to mission until all cattle was sold. This practice was discontinued in the 1860s. According to the entry in Wikipedia, since 1930, this club has been doing annual trail rides starting at a ranch in Santa Barbara and, before heading north, receiving a blessing at Mission Santa Ynez.
